Can I join in? I'm not a big exerciser, but just recently started climbing up a mountain here (takes 40 minutes up and about 20 down!). I really want to get fit, but lack motivation. Thank fully my counsellor wants to get fit and now we are doing it together a couple of times a week.
I still need to get moving some more, have a lot of weight to shift from years of drinking. :-(
