#1 it’s a powder, I don't want to take any more pills if I don't have to. The other thing is that my energy level and mood is really good and level now. I'm fairly certain it has to be the ALL ONE. I'm also impressed with the ingredients, it has everything except the kitchen sink, vitamins, minerals, aminos, and I got the fruit blend so it has antioxidants as well.

I take it first thing in the morning, and that's it :-)
