OK, 2 beers it was last night and no more. Going to count my UK units here too, last night amounted to 4.2 units. It actually says on my can of beer that responsible women drinkers shouldn't exceed 2-3 units a day... oops! The NHS states that the recommended maximum for a week is 14 units for a woman, although my private dentist says it's 10! Anyway, as things are done by weeks, I need to also add on the 2 drinks I had Monday.
In that case, total count for this week so far is 8.4 units.
