You've certainly made me smile this morning reading your thoughts and frustrations. About the units thingy, my Doctor says 21 is fine for women as long as they're spread out over the week (my tally at the time was probably nearer 70 so I was out of that one!!).
I find it easier to go AF if there IS al in the house - if there isn't I panic - how weird is that?
