just read back as I'm sipping my instant coffee here in the hotel room (ick!)....must....find....starbucks....

Cindi, so glad your lil fella is ok.

I had a challenging dinner last night just up the road from the hotel. they seated me at the bar since I was alone which was fine (I thought). there I sat. Alone, tired, hungry and what should happen upon my gaze but a bottle of Chimay Trappiste Ale. My favrourite ale of all times was right there staring earnestly right at me. This is an ale you just don't find in restaurants. i found myself really dwelling on it. I would look away, then have to look back. it was weird! I was about to get up and move when i regained my "presence" and calmed down and started to enjoy myself. That was a good exercise for me and one I wasn't expecting.

we are staying in town for independance day and I will continue to be AF whatever we are doing.
