Thanks Vlad - Going to allow AL for this next week because I'm on holiday and have just completed 31 days and then AF until 31 July. I'm a bottle a night person - sometimes less but never more - doesn't make the guilt any less though! I'm hoping with the help of this site and the fact that I publically declare my AF days that I will win through . . . . I know it's probably against the odds . . . . but you never know . . . . . I wouldn't have thought that I'd have done the recent stint without being scared witless by guilt or anxiety but I did and I think it was only because I signed up for the 30 days challenge on this site . . . . time will tell . . . Have a brilliant weekend . . . . I'll try and keep logged in to keep my feet in reality . . . .
