Good Day Booze Busters!! Happy Saturday/Sunday. Well, it will be happy for Mame if the sun comes out, and the temperatures get too warm to make snow. And some rain for Gelgit please, and some lower temperatures in California and Florida and probably AZ and NM too. (any other weather related requests while we are doing weather dances?????)

1967 - I assume the unpleasant week you refer to is getting free of AL unpleasantness? Hope other things in life are OK. If not, let us know who we need to go see. YOU CAN DO THIS. It's going to get better, and who wants to repeat Week 1 over and over?? (I'm personally DONE with that I hope!!) Keep hangin' in there. Do you have your plan all ready for the beach party tonight so you can enjoy the music AF? I'm still LOL over your good idea of "no drinks for me - I'm tiffin' for the Mrs. America Pageant..." I swear I AM going to use that. Since today is dog training, I might just get the chance sooner rather than later!

Mame.....I can't even imagine SNOW. Yikes. But you will be rubbing it in about 6 months from now where you are and we are...where's the shivering smiley??? I'm glad that Uncle Mame is returning to normal. I'm sure that makes home life a lot more pleasant!! HEY - your purple and green duvet cover sounds like something I would like!! (purple is my favorite color of all time). I cringed reading about the people sitting near you at dinner who were yabbering on about people you know. YIKES I don't even like to think about the number of times I've done that at a volume that is way too high.

kaddy - hopefully the cheerleaders will help you cook today!!! Congratulations on your 120 days AFHF!! You are truly an inspiration. Glad you are home safe and sound from your trip to your son's place!

Hannah - we need a "chained to the gold cart" smiley!!!! Hope you and Mr. Hannah are having a really fun week of golf and goofing around. That new AF "Fizz" drink you found sounds really good! I need to remember to buy a thermos so on road trips I can take something like you mention of my own mixing - not just rely on 100% pre-bottled stuff. Louise Special Roadies would be good! Of course I am ALWAYS thinking of you, but I will be having special thoughts of you on Monday when you get set up for computerized torture at Curves. Enjoy your weekend!!

I am HAPPY to be 45 days AFHF today. I'm half way through the second 30 day stint, half way to 90 days which will be a first for me in my adult life. (LOL 61 days will be a first!) 45 feels a bit special. No way will I blow this stretch just because people will be drinking beer after dog training today. Doc made an adjustment to my hormone doses on Friday, and I think we are making forward progress!! I woke up several times last night, but fell back to sleep quickly which has been a real problem. YES!!!! Mr. Eville Scale has been kind as well which is a good sign for getting my metabolism back to normal. That part is not just about weight, but it's also about having good energy levels throughout the day. That will be nice when complimented by a good night sleep LOL!

I recently bought a bunch of XL and 18 sized clothes from Lands End. (Lands End is the leader in vanity sizing too...) I am happy to report that they are already too big so I boxed up what I hadn't worn yet for return. That gets a double wide from me!

I really missed Curves yesterday (closed for the holiday) and am chomping at the bit to get there this morning before dog training. Trying to work out back in my perpetual hangover days was excrutiating. Now it just energizes me for the day and I also feel like I'm getting control back over my body.

I hope everyone has a wonderful plan for an AF Saturday/Sunday!!!! Keep on Bustin'

DG
