Third Day on Topamax Again
Well, I'm back on the Topamax and happily so. I'm sure at this stage it is just psychological, but I really seem to have more self control almost immediately when I start taking this med. I started with all my vitamins too. I'm feeling a little run down these past few days, but I'm sure that's because I drank for several days in a row and am now ridding myself of all those toxins. Just wanted to log on and say thanks to Roberta for her My Way Out program. It really has given me such a sense of optimism. Any one who hasn't read the book, I can't recommend it enough.
