According Rj's instructions, you were supposed to dose up to 300mg. I KNEW that wouldn't work for me since I had so much trouble at 50mg for three weeks. I am a little bit of a person so I suppose it is based on size. I am also sensitive to meds... I used Chantix to quit smoking and I used 1/4 of what normal people use (haven't had one since New Years Eve).
Doesn't hurt to try, since it works. Hope you don't have the side effects. Not everyone struggles with it since it does work. If you drink beer or champange you will be automatically cured (imagine melting down a beer can and trying to drink it, that is what it tastes like :(
