First of all, you are not stupid!! Some of the most brilliant people that I have met are afflicted with alcohol/drug problems. We are sick people, not bad people. I can relate though. I was always beating my self up emotionally. You have come to a Great place. The people here can relate to what u are going through and are immensely helpful. Please keep checking in. Thanks to this program and the wonderful people here, I have not had a drink in 33 days for the first time in 4 years! Do you have the book? That is a great place to start.
