I guess I didn't realize the support I would find here. I'm still having trouble navigating this site. I would like to respond directly with some, but to all....thank you. I didn't start yeterday as I was hoping. So sad but I had a couple glasses of wine while I was mapping out the plan, seperating the doses. I did listen to the tapes last night. They are almost magical. I loved them. Felt So relaxed. I am taking the supps today and hopefully not drinking tonight. I would be happy with 1 or 2 glasses of wine instead of 1 or 2 bottles.
