perfect post for me to read today, Shirazgirl, it is amazing how we don't see what effect AL has on us internally and externally, and others may not see a gradual difference, but once I quit a few days and a woman I only saw occasionally said, you look so much younger, what have you done? I was a little stunned because I had not before realized how obvious it could be to others, the bloat, the dullness of hair and skin. Great stuff to head into my first AF weekend.
