Thank for the good information! I am on L-Glutamine so it's a start. I guess my diet needs some tweaking for sure. I don't crave sweets but I do eat a lot of bread which turns to sugar when metabolized and I eat quite a lot of red meat. I'm going to the store for some fresh fruits and veggies today, although they have gotten quite pricey as of late. It is difficult to eat right on a budget, but I AM saving $$ by not buying beer for myself, right?
I just drank coffee for the first time in months and I'm experiencing "the shakes". I know now that I should not have started in on that "drug" again. I used to be addicted to coffee but several months ago just stopped drinking it (I'm not sure why) . I guess my body is not used to the stimulation. I hope I don't reach for the beer to aleviate the symptoms. I am getting really anxious. Maybe I should just get up and move my way through it.
Anyway, thanks for all the info and I'm going to read some of those articles you highlighted.
