I have to say, I'm pretty happy. Seems my liver appreciates the cutting back I have been doing. My gamma GT is 97 (down from 267), ALT 92 (down from 200), AST 50 (down from 78) and my cholesterol is 5.9 (down from 6.8) My blood pressure is also less. The doctor said if I keep up the better diet, less booze and exercise I should be back to perfect liver function within 12 months.
