I am doing the AF and smoke free thing together...at Day 7 smoke and alcohol free...not easy by any stretch of the imagination but if I can go this long..anyone can...Marbella sent me a very helpful ebook about the stopping smoking, I find it great, I can forward it on to you if you like.
