Default Monday - August 18th - Daily Thread
Good Morning Abbers!!

Let's hear it everybody! Were we all good little boys and girls this weekend??

I got through the weekend AF thanks to a monster busy weekend with the boys and scout activities. Played ultimate Frisbee with the scouts and ran my ass off and the legs are still screaming today but it was worth it.

I am looking forward to another great AF week and hope everyone else is too.
