Hello Louise!! My canning expertise, which really cannot possibly be classified as expertise, extends ONLY to tomatos. It's hard to mess them up due to the acidity in tomatos. I think I will need at least a couple of sober years under my belt before I graduate to something like...let's see here....green beans or anything.
