Just joking - I have many real-life North American friends (as well as online now) and I love their directness and 'can-do' attitude. I have no doubt lots of them would fly right over if they knew I wasn't eating properly!
Yesterday:

8mg diazepam
About 20 UK units of alcohol
Food: 3 packets of crisps (chips for my North American buddies)
I was going to cook, but then fell asleep. When I woke up the only other person who lives here was off to bed. I didn't want to cook and risk falling asleep again with the oven on, for what would have been overnight, so I just had another packet of crisps :(
Of course I had my Nal - I will do that anytime I drink for the rest of my life I think.
