Ibelieve..... I believe I am not able to moderate. I feel safe being AF. Perhaps somewhere down the road it may feel appropriate to moderate but right now it is far too dangerous for me. I remember all too well the awful withdrawal symptoms and the negative impact AL had on my life. Now I focus on how much better AF is for me.

Greenie -

good you decided what your course of action is right now -- AF.
i think indecision & uncertainly are draining of energy that can be spent better elsewhere

i am sure the good feelings of being AF can be just as addictive !!!! and in a postive way.

i am loking forward to declaring my 30 victory!

have you decided another 30 day goal or longer? is it better for you to have short or long goals?

congrats again

Great News Greenie!

Believe you me, once you've had some A/F time under your belt and you can experience the change in your life without alcohol you'll never wanna go back to it. Why bother anyway? What's so frickin great about it??!!!!. Greenie babes! if you're anything like me then don't even take the chance of trying to moderate. If it's not safe now it ain't EVER gonna BE safe no matter what.

Keep going girlie and don't forget to wash them pants from time to time! There WILL come a day when you'll be able to hang them up in the back of the cupboard and look back at them like an old pair of purple tie-dyed pantaloons.!! You'll be able to have a good laugh knowing how strong you have become on your own without the need for 'em anymore. One day you'll be able to run down the beach naked I bet, without the need for any Big Girl Anything's whatsoever!! A big strong mind is all you need!!

Love and Happiness
Hippie
