Default Friday 8 August

Good morning all,

Another day, another clean slate.

Today will be day 100 AF for me. Time to stop counting days and start counting achievements.

Still feeling very positive this morning and looking forward to the weekend where all the things I have planned are fun but within my comfort zone.

Running late for work so not much to say except Hi to old friends, welcome to newbies and hope everyone's Friday is stress, conflict and temptation free. Have a good Friday night and a weekend that recharges your batteries.

Take care.

CONGRATULATIONS LOPPY ON 100 DAYS AFHF!!

Great job Loppy! Sounds like you have a good weekend planned.

Hello to mwo2 also - and all abbers yet to come.

It's Day 79 here and I'm VERY happy to have come this far leaving AL on the curb. All the challenges of giving up the drunken times are SO worth the rewards of being free.

For me, this weekend will hopefully consist of lounging out in front of the internet and TV and catching all of the Olympic action I possibly can...and not much else getting done! That's the plan anyway.....

Have a good one everybody.

DG

Default Congratulations Loppy!

LOPPY Congratulations on 100!! That is awesome and an inspiration to me.

I must have started with you back in May - racked up 49/50 days - but then fell back (not tooooo far) for a while. I will be chasing you!

DG - Enjoy the Olympics and the couch - I'm feeling the draw of it right now. And I love reading your posts - they bring me a lot of strength and the right attitude.
MWO2 - have a great weekend!

Day 6 AF for me now.

So is it bad that I'm thinking about celebrating Loppy's 100 days with a massage - or do I need to do the 100 day jig first??

Loppy: I'm checking in quickly, as I've got quite a lot going on. I can't help saying "congratulations on your 100 days." That's great.

I'll have about a week & a half before I go down to my parents to help out & will check back as much as I can.

Love, Mary
