You can do it!!! Just have a plan. I had to get the booze out of the house, have healthy food planned, books to read (my hobby) and activities planned. Especially on the weekends, as that was what I did on Friday and Saturday night without fail.

The best part, truly, is waking up in the morning, rested, no guilt, anxiety or remorse. No aches, pains, headaches, nausea. With the whole day to look forward to, unhung. What a gift to yourself. Sending you peace and hope.

I TOTALLY agree with the waking up with no guilt or fear. I used to get up and wonder, "Did I hide everything?" "Does my husband know?" Yesterday and today I woke up FEELING SUPER and with no guilt.

I am off to the health food store to get me some goodies, and my hubby is home tonight so we will have a family night. Yay!

love and strength
