Thought I'd check in and see how everyone was doing after seeing no thread yesterday. Hope everyone is meeting their goals?

I've had a good week doing my AF stint w/ lots of exercise, but the needle on the scale hasn't budged. Oh well. I feel good. Did give in to some serious jelly-belly beans late yesterday at work . . . who leaves those giant jars around anyway!

Was sad to see TrixieTrak post that she's off to greener pastures - she's been a good modder role model, but I can see it's good to graduate after a year. Was so nice to see Sartori on the board to wish her the best.

Glad it's Friday, even though the weather's not supposed to be great this weekend, I'm ready for a break from work. How about all of you?

Good morning Ask--I've had a good AF week, but cannot get motivated. I've had a cold or something and can't seem to get my energy back, then I come here and spend too much time. Today, I'm getting something done!! It's cold and snowy, so I'm going to get this place straightened up and maybe do some mending. Waiting for nicer days to get out and walk my A** off literally. No big plans this weekend--kid stuff on Sunday. Probably won't drink......Wishing all a great weekend!

Hi Ask and LVT, I am back over to mods..................not abstaining anymore (not constantly anyway, so I probably belong here!?) I had done over 30 days and now want to try for the occaisional beer here and there and see if I can make it................

You both sound so motivated, good luck, I won't be able to check in this weekend, or any for that matter (except in really RARE cases!)

Talk to you all on Monday and I hope you are successful this weekend, no matter your goals!

Snowing here again!!! It's really weird--no real desire to drink yet--well, I had a MAJOR craving last Saturday for a beer and ciggie--but made it through. Decided I shouldn't clean house--big trigger for me!!
