Yesterday I was planning on not drinking. I made ribs though and the recipe called for beer. So I drank the remainder (about 12oz.) and then craved more. About 3.5 hours later, I had 2 glasses of wine. It certainly was moderate drinking but drinking just the same. I woke up with a nasty headache this morning. Tonight is a planned drinking night as I am going out to dinner. My intention is to abstain starting Saturday until Thursday of next week.

.."Don't get caught up in the failures"~ I like that Beaches.
It amazes me to hear of a drink of one or two , as you are able to stop at this. It baffles me, yet, I admire that ability. If I stop at one or two BOTTLES, then I am moderating and will pay for this dearly. Systems are different, I am learning. Learning to respect the differences, in light of our common bond. Wishing you the best as you deserve this reflection of your wonderful self. Peace, K
