Default I will not drink today because....Fill in the blank
I will not drink today because I had three drinks yesterday, and if I drink today, it points me down the wrong road.

I will not drink today because I have to drive my kids to a cub scout meeting at 7pm, and I will never drive buzzed again.

I will not drink today because I want to wake up tomorrow and have my first thought be "I didn't drink last night...Hooray!"

Anyone else have a reason not to drink today?

I will not have a glass of wine today because although the love of my life is making Tapas for dinner and it certainly would call for a wonderful glass of Sangria... I will not jeopardize his will and journey to sobriety. No AL for him, so no Sangria for me.
I am hungry already...

I will not drink today because I have to work tonight, and as a sober person, I show up for work, and am finally digging myself out of a very deep financial hole.

I have to clean my restaurant/ bar and grill tomorrow morning at about 6:00am. Which means I am being responsible tonite and having my stuff in order.
