always nc to here u vlad thnx 4 the chat the other day,vodka use to be my speciallty and many other fine hard things hahhaha,gees im good in the mornin,the only place i didnt hide it was the freezer,the d throw it away,and theres nothin like payin 26 dolars for a 26 oz bottle and it gets thrown down the drain,and not mine,hahahahah or givin it away for nothin,gees thts hurtful,its funny how we as human beings can let what others do bother us so much,you no i chanted a lot yesterday and i hope it helped,i no it helped me,i had a good day yesterday but toward the end of it i broke down,damn i had to talk to som1 and i did my wife,brother,sister the other day and it was good but still after 9 months to the day,didnt help get over that dreadful urge to hav a drink,its somthin i lerned years ago,WILLPOWER,and its funny , by comin here , even with out seein each other,we help ,god bless your soul vlad ,keep wrtin and by the way im still sober,today ,that goes for the rest of you folks to thankyou gyco

Well, yesterday the boss offered to buy everyone a pint at the pub so I couldn't resist, but sensibly I stuck with standard strength beer and just had 1 (because I was driving). But then my husband had bought a bottle of wine for us to have a romantic night in, and we shared the bottle... which means the number 4 needs to go on my drink tracker. At the MIL's tonight...

Lay in bed this morning thinking about how fresh I didn't feel... nasty taste in my mouth, stomach feeling like its on fire, uncomfortable chest pains, then the feeling that someone was jabbing me in the liver with a knitting needle and finally my guts feeling like they were fermenting at the bottom of my body... Ashamedly I have consumed over 40 units of AL this week...

Hey Vlad: checking back in after a while away. I too am AF today. My goal is 4 AF days per week, and Sunday was one. Sometimes I have find Monday a hard one, don't know why, but I'm going for it today.

Sadly, Tuesday AF didn't happen... no intention really... and probably due to the fact my boss scared me driving me back to the office from Manchester at 120mph in his Bentley Continental!!! Aaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh!
