Talking July - Here We Go!!!

Modding for July? Today will be an AF day for me, not started the day too good though - can't stand people who stop on yellow boxes so you can't turn and people who drive on your side of the road to take corners nearly clipping you (where's that pet peeve's thread...). So I start today quite angrily, I know I shouldn't let it bother me but today it has - I've already ranted to 3 people in the office and let off some steam. When I get back from work today I intend to go out cycling. Today is apparently the hottest day in the world ever according to our local radio station.

Default Perculiar Traits

Was thinking this morning I still have some perculiar obsessive traits...

1. I have an empty bottle of vodka in my wardrobe that I won't throw away
2. I won't take my shot glasses out of the freezer even though I'm not using them
3. I carry a Russian Standard vodka tag in my purse like a credit card

Why???? For goodness sake Vlad, put the bottle in recycling, throw the tag in the bin and take the shot glasses out of the freezer - they're in the way!!!

At least you haven't got ice cubes made from Vodka in your freezer Vlad!! Now that would be obsessive, putting vodka ice cubes in your vodka!!!lol

If I ever had to buy warm cans off the shelf in my local offie (which was every day!!) I used to put them straight into the freezer when I got back home. I'd often forget about the odd can if I got too pissed and on many occasions I'd had to clean the freezer out due to a burst can. If I was lucky and one survived I would end up sticking it in boiling water the following morning so I could gulp it without having to lick it like a cider ice pop!!

Come to think of it I still have an empty bottle of Vodkat (yes I'm a heathen!) under my bed from my last little slip a few months back. I'm waiting for the right moment to dispose of the empty I think or I'm just plain damn lazy!!. DEFINITELY LAZY I THINK!!!lol

Love and Happiness
Hippie

Well I've been out and it's certainly not the hottest day ever in the UK - it's 23 degrees.

You actually cleaned the freezer out... I'm surprised... only joking! lol! Anyway my vodka was always kept in the freezer so I would never bother with vodka ice cubes - you would need to add water or something so that they'd freeze.

Default Shot Glasses

OK, one step at a time - I have removed the vodka shot glasses from the freezer.

Oh why was yesterday sooo hard? I managed to stay AF in the end but it was a little bit of a struggle. My hubby and I were watching a film and it didn't help that at 8.30pm he paused it expecting I wanted to go to the off licence for beer. I said quietly through gritted teeth, 'I want to say no!' and we called at the shop to get a bottle of pop and crisps instead. But then I realised I was drinking pop and eating crisps, 2 other things I wanted to cut out this month...

Today is a drink day - 2 beers only mind and that's it!!!

Oh man - I just thought, only slept for about 2 hours last night but I still managed to have a funny dream...

I dreamt I was cleaning our fishtank out and for some reason put one of the fish out on the sideboard. Every so often I would put the fish in my mouth so that it wouldn't dry out. It tasted gross, not of fish but like the horrible taste you have in your mouth in the morning after a heavy night's drinking.
