Hi everyone. I tried to get the book free last night but for some reason it wouldn't accept my email address. Oh well maybe another time. This has happened before on other websites. GJ ducky. To early for me to know if I will be AF tonight. Make it a great day.

Good morning modsters, Welcome Gemmy Turtle and Embrace. What a great start to spring all this positive energy. I wish I could bottle that and drink it. Boy you said it Ducky with keeping yourself busy. My husband keep asking me if I was mad last night. I must of had a determined look on my face as I was finding this and that to do. I organized my tupperware last night. Wow what a party girl ! Tonight I'm going for the desk. Gemmy, sorry you had trouble downloading the book. You might email tech support, They helped me with user name once. Well, here I go on day two. I WILL make it AF till Thursday. Lets all keep our AL and weight lose goals in mind. Hey Ducky my birthday is July 20 and I'm hoping for 15-20 lbs and well.

Hey Gemmy, sorry you couldn't get the book. Maybe they will let you download it for free since you had technical problems...
Hey Kat, I can identify with your hubby asking you if you were mad. Mine wasn't home so I had to be anxious alone but when he is here and I am AF I tend to get snappy. I am thankful I don't have any physical symptoms when I go AF but it does make me a little hyper as I try to fill my evening. Good job on the tupperware! What's next? Pilates was great. Lots of cooking and cleaning today. Hope to hear from some more Modsters. |

Hello everyone!
I haven't been around here much. I don't have much time to be on here lately. It's funny, I have so much more time than when I was drinking daily, yet I don't have enough time now to to do all the things I want to get done. Go figure! I've been AF since Thursday and I don't know when I'll drink next. I would honestly suggest doing a small period of time AF even though we are doing mods. Do a few days or more AF, it is surprising how good I feel. I don't dwell on drinking now that it isn't a daily part of my life any longer. ![]()

memarcie I totally agree with you. I plan on going 6 days AF a week. I have noticed that the more I do this, the less I am interested in AL.
I guess I am lucky that I don't have an other half that drinks daily I don't know that I would be able to keep it AF if someone was drinking beer or wine around me. (day 3 for me) the more AF you stay the less your interests for AL. it is also good for your cute little liver who wants nothing but to keep you healthy. you know in chinese medicine if you are anxious, angry, impatient. it means that your liver is stressed. ok guys lets keep the mod support up. Trix

Hi Modsters!
Girls night @ my place tonight! ![]() Hubby's out of town for the night. Everyody come on over! We can play pool, jam out on guitar & sing, watch movies...(even do circuit workouts if we want... ) get here early we'll go for a river hike ! It's actually sunny today!![]() Trixie, I do have a Hubby that loves his beer... daily. It was very hard when I first got out of re-hab...I tried really hard to stay AF. That lasted about 45 days. I finally decided, if we're going to stay married...without me having to kill him... I had to find a way to join him, without going overboard, like I used to. That's when I found MWO.I think careful and vigilant moderating has saved our marriage...As crazy as that sounds... In fact his car "gets drunk" and has to left in town...now & then, these days and I drive HIM home (after I get off work) That never used to happen... I was never that responsible before. Hope everybody's having a great FOOLISH DAY!! Hugs, Judie
