Default Reinforcement for Me Pleeese....lol

Feeling pretty good about the past weekend. I am trying to mod. Had guests over who like to party. Enjoyed my beer, but didn't go totally crazy. What an accomplishment!!! Have a BIG suprise b-day party for my husband here next Sat. A little worried that I may go overboard. I am trying to be aware, and to pace myself. And to also understand, that for once as the hostess, I shouldn't be TOTALLY hammered at the end of the night. After this weekend, I think I am going to try and do the 30 day abstinence. I am just on the 2nd week of the topa, and I should have no excuses!!!
Thanks for all your support and well wishes

you are rocking!!!!! I am on your team!!!!!!! Sounds like you share my goal of moderating so that we can still be a functioning member of the culture, but not a complete wasted pile of poo.

Great WORK!!!!

Hi Sweet,

Mods can be tough but it is really good to be aware of it when you are doing it to keep the amount down. Great Job! Try drinking a glass of water between beers or drinks also with help slow you down....Plus as you said you can be a better hostess and still have lots of fun without being blitz by the end of the party. Plus make sure you have some non-Alcoholic drinks for those who don't want to drink...fun coffee's, punch drinks, sparkling water to mix with juice..... When I am out I also like to think of it as all the more yummy food you can eat because of the calories you are saving from not consuming all the Alcohol!

Best of luck to you and with the 30 days AF afterward. The 30 days really help clean out the system and put things in perspective.

Hugs, Bambi
