Default Wednesday May 14th

Hi to all the modsters out there! Hope everyone is having a great day.

Not much to report here. Busy with work, three kids and hubby (who is like an additional 2 children). I have started walking/jogging 2 miles at least three times a week. Feels good to keep the body in motion and have been eating more raw fruits and veggies in my diet. I am not drinking during the week and feel healthy. *Haven't lost one frickin' pound* But, I will not complain because I feel great

Now, where is that story Croft...we are all patiently waiting.....

Hey PP,

I hadn't run in a couple of weeks so did the jog (4 mins) then walk (1 min) for half an hour today. The little walk break takes the pressure off. Glad to hear you are doing so well.

I am also anxious to hear Croft's story.

love to hear that everyone is living healthy.

precious - keep up the good work. weight likes to stick around - it will go - don't give up.

I will write about my trip. Just need to find some time. I am catching up at work and prepping for daugther's graduation brunch on Sunday and packing for my climb up Mt Rainier. Whew!

Interesting stuff happening. - I used to drink in the mornings and recently those cravings have come back. Wondering why. I am beating them, but dang!

Default Checking In

HI all; Wrote and lost a long post on Monday morning so checking in again.

For the first time in months I've had a few "arguments" in my head about alcohol this week. Monday morning I opened the refrig for juice and the thought "I'm drinking wine tonight" popped in. Since Monday was an AF day, I argued back, "I don't think so!" but haven't had that type of thought for so long, I'd forgotten the intensity. Popped some Kudzu and l-glut and made thoughtful evening plans and remained AF. Think I figured out what might have triggered (missed a Topo dose over the weekend, used one mod night last week to "escape" some uncomfortable feelings.) Surprised me tho' how after months of "ease", the feelings could be this challenging.

Noticed Croft you've had a return of some cravings/urges too: I think we started at the same time (January 2008?) Wonder if this is common at 5 months? Would be interested in others thoughts.

Hope all the rest of modders are fine. Wishing you all success in meeting your goals.
G

interesting Ask For Help - I did start in Jan 08. January 18th. And my cravings in the morning have been haunting me. Maybe there is 5 month cycle. Well, I gotta beat it. I don't want to go back.

Just read about Bear/MDBiker. What a loss. Sounds like a horrible ordeal.
