My only conjecture is that maybe you're experiencing side effects to the Liv 52, although this is totally speculative (I know nothing about it). Conversely, you mention anxiety, which can also create a feeling of lightheadedness. On a positive note, in my own experience the 4-5 day mark is when I start to experience marked improvement after giving up alcohol. I sleep better, my thinking becomes clearer, and I start to feel really relaxed, so all I can offer is be patient, as the rewards of going AF will be with you soon! Good luck.
