Hi sassy --- I had a great day as well... walked a beautiful 18 hole golf course in the sun and great temps up here in Canada .... but you brought to mind some wonderful walks I had with my friend in Australia last February. Every day we'd walk somewhere ... mostly the walk close to her house with her Australia Shepard..... wonderful memories.

What a nice post! Your happiness is palpable.
Here in Oz it's still winter but the daffodils are out and the wattle trees are in full bloom - a sign that spring is not far away. With spring comes new life and regrowth and all things pleasant. I can hardly wait for the first T-shirt day. Be well - all of you.

We had the most horrible weather of the year! 102 degrees today and the third day of 100+ temps which breaks 30 year records.
You may not think that's bad, but this is the Pacific NW where it rains 200 days a year and the ski areas are STILL open because last winter's snowfall was that deep (330 inches of snow). We NEVER get this hot. I had my brother, niece and nephew over for "picnic dinner", and my neighbors. We ended up talking about books, stories and the future. It was a most enjoyable time. The clouds are rolling in and they say tomorrow we will be back to normal, 80 degree days and 55 degree nights. I'll go back to sleeping under my comforter as I do year round. |

I had a super AF day. I did the books for the church and then did the flowers for the altar (I love doing that). Then picked up b/f who was able to go for a walk today (he's had back problems), so we had a lovely walk, a nice dinner and then a silly movie.
All in all, a good day. Just checked in here to see how everyone was, before I head off to the land of nod. Sassy, I too find the supps help with the mood (at least I think it's the supps). Well good night to all and sweet dreams.

Hey. I had a lovely day. I went for a small run and used my hypnotic (?) cd that came with pack and had a lovely long bubble bath with candles and a cup of tea when my baby girl went to bed. I then used lots of different products to smell lovely and i done my nails *lol* I'm such a girly girl!!! A nice home pamper night WITHOUT drink!!!!
