Welcome Surcee!
Don't get scared, make Plans! There's a whole world out there beyond the haze, books to read (and write) and people to meet. All the stuff that got put aside for 'you know what'. For me, the biggest changes are coming as I get back a normal sleeping pattern. I remember way in the past when I could get up in the morning, and actually DO something, read the paper and then get some private activity done even before I started work. Then I got in a habit where I always slept with alcohol, which I now realize wasn't sleeping at all. It was all I could do to dragging my body into work in the morning. Heck with that! These wonderful summer mornings keep me inspired to get up and get moving. And that inspires me to "stay good" in the evenings which is my toughest time. |

Hello, Your title says it all "making a change" As boss.man said great time to make plans for that change.. Good that you are getting the book and have the supps.. you might want to consider the cds they are a great tool for making a change.. also dont forget to fortify yourself with some lemon water and flush those toxins away.. good on being AF 2 days! reading the threads is a great tool as well
