Default Nightmares

I have a reason for my failure...I dream of horrible things when I sleep sober. All about my daughter...her falling off a cliff, being burned...last night a bear was next door (real life in British Columbia) and I dreamed of protecting her from that.
When I drink, I just sleep.
I adore sleep....the nightmares are...a nightmare.

Oh God yes, the nightmares. They go away after a couple of days though.

Yes , I know about the nightmares. Sleep issues were probably the best "excuse" I would give myself to drink the vino - "I can't sleep without it!" But it will pass - you will learn to sleep again!
