![]() I thought that if you take too much vitamins B (of any kind) your body just gets rid of the extra, ahem, naturally when you go to the bathroom, but don't take my word for it, check it out. When I detoxed / was in rehab everyone was given Thiamine strong as well as Vitamin B Complex strong, and a few times a day. Now I'm drinking every day again I take the regular versions of both. That's in the UK, btw, so no idea how many mg that translates to in the rest of the world.
