fets Baclofen Log
Start Day, Yesterday:
5mg at 14hr 5mg at 19 hr drink 5 beer and one green gras normal i drink 12 beer a night or 5 beer and one bottle of wine. plan ist to take the next 3 days 15mg a day till tuesday and then 20mg a day for 3 days, till 30mg a day. from there we will review the intake, if i should go faster. feeling good, a little heavy this morning, need a coffee or two, to wake up.

It woul be good to know, have u read Dr A's book?? Zen 's thread has helpful advice on dosing/weight/titration etc also......

yesterday 17.1.10:
8hr 5mg 14hr 5mg 18hr 5mg TOTAL 15mg drink 8-9 beer, all day long! been on a HASH, so i use to drink much more on this day. went to bed without to be drunk and even beer left in the refrigerator feel good today

5mg at 8hr
5mg at 14hr 5mg at 18hr good day, but some stress points. drank 8 beer, so, i'm not that fit like yesterday. but did not bite my nails will change timing a bit 14hr get 13hr and 18hr get 17hr. but stay on 15mg today.

Wow, fets, that sounds like great immediate progress! Please keep posting as it is so good to read! I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my first Baclofen which I ordered 1 week ago. I did well with Topamax a couple of years ago, until the side effects got to be too much, then weaned off and gradually slid back into too much wine... Now a good night's sleep sounds like heaven!
