Med For Sleeping
Howdy Y'all,
Never seen it mentioned here but if yer just starting out AF ( alcohol free ), and yer having trouble sleeping, 6 mg of melatonin 40 minutes before bedtime will work have you sleepin like a kitten after a meal, It does not make you all fuzzy either. I have never taken it for days on end, but just a couple nights at a time. So I don't know about the long term. Thought I'd mention it. Sam

Sleep is a huge problem for me. Im eagerly awaiting a supply of melatonin ordered from the healthshop here. Sounds like its working just great! Keep up the good work!  Pan
