I have been taking and it is hard to tell if it is helping. I think it has helped. I take 800 mg a day. It is apparently also good for the liver.

There has been a lot of discussion about it in the holistic healing forum if you want to do a search there.
People with bipolar should not ever take it. And it shouldn't be taken together with anti-dep medication.
