I think that I owe a gratitude to myself for my interest to get deep inside into the researches that are being conducted worldwide which are directed towards the well being of the humans. As I have come across the various sections many unknown things started to get clear on me like this one. Withdrawing from anti-depressants for instance was something not known to me and this makes me enriched with knowledge.

Here's how I got off Xanax and Zoloft over a period of 6 months. My panic attacks are coming back, but I'm handling them differently now, without drugs.
