Hiya Dr
I'm already on medication, seroxat and thyroxine, and am not keen to start taking any more. I was wondering if there was any particular foods I could eat to substitute the drugs on offer? I know they probably won't match up to the drugs, but any help would be appreciated! |

Hi F22,
I saw your post & thought you might be interested in my post under "Just starting out? Meet others who understand." called "Depressed.. Waiting" where I talk about food & health ideas. Might be a good starting point? Hope it's some help. Best of Luck, MFM |

Dear Female 22,
Please see the WestonAPrice.org website for powerful information about food and nutrition. This is the web site of Sally Fallon, the Nourishing Traditions author I mentioned earlier. Good health and good work with the MWO program. --Dr. Garcia |
