My order of Olmifon is about to arrive. I di d not wan t to burden my MD on this one (but Iwill talk to him next time I see him). I am at 50 topa & I m NOT going to titrate up at the end of my week because it is just way too much in terms of the congnitive affects for me. Also the insomnia has been a killer. One night no sleep, but next day take topaearly, then sleep great that night. I dropped the Calms Forte except for 2 at bedtime.
I must have something to offset the dopa affect during the day for my work. What do you suggest for dosage of the Olmifon? Thank you very very much. Regards, Chrysa |

Hi Chrysa.
Thank you for your patience. Good work with the MWO program. I would stay at the current dose of the Topamax and start 300mg of the Adrafanil (Olmifon) daily. Don't forget the effective alcohol curbing benefit of Kudzu and the sleep promoting effect of aerobic exercise 6 hours prior to bedtime. Any closer, and the exercise may keep you too energized. Continue with the Calms Forte before you retire. Good health to you! --Dr. Garcia |
