good morn' sunbeam....
how r u doin'? gosh i'm so much better than i was 5 weeks ago! i can actually say 'wow it's 5 weeks already!' i am so grateful to have found this site! i had tried, okay with a wholehearted lack of commitment i agree, for a long time to be AF. I could stop drinking for a while, but couldn't get it off my mind. now i am slowly getting there! it is friday morning and i was thinking 'hey this morning my thoughts were not "well, it's Friday so I can get loaded tonight and not feel bad because it's the week-end." what a change!! and i'm not kidding myself that i can have a few glasses of wine w/no harm done. ![]() |
