Default One Year Moderating
I just went through some old paperwork and saw that I ordered my first set of supplements on 6/20/2006 so, I have hit the one year milestone! I am also here to tell you that moderation IS possible! Thank you RJ!!!!

I am healthier, more confident and just an all around more capable person. The journey is by no means complete and I still come here for all the support and companionship. I have made alot of good friends here and really just love and appreciate everyone here and all this place has to offer.

For any newbies reading this I highly suggest the supps, the CDs (daily for one month in the begining) starting an exercise program and of course the support of the boards.

Anyway, just a huge thank you to all for the support from everyone here!!!

PP, way to go! I want to be where you are. I am doing better than I had been, but have a ways to go before I consider my drinking moderate.
