Quitting Time
My moderation is not going well. I need to stop drinking now. I've probably had a bottle of wine every other day for the past week. Day 1 starts now.

Some people get control but a lot don't. MDBiker said that he realised he had to " quit trying to control the uncontrollable" Good luck with finding your way out. Waves

hi sun,you at least recognized there is a problem with modding,thats good,some dont and end in the dumps,like everything in life ,its somthing we have to work at,i no my xperience comin here is a good 1st step gyco
