I have been battle with cigarette smoking now for long.When I single and living alone i didn't know it was much of a problem.When i got married and my wife didn't like it at all, that's when i discovered it was a problem.
I tried reducing the quantity I smoked a day but it was still a problem in my home.I decided to look for an activity to to when I feel like smoking.It has really helped me and I found out that after three months of doing the activity I didn't just like to see people smoking.From a cigarette addict to one who hates it. |
