I would delete this thread if i knew how.

I was feeling sorry for myself when I posted it.

Perhaps the rocks thrown are to help me climb out of this hole that life keeps digging.

Thanks for the hug Star and the PM, Nancy.

Sorry if I worried you. There are lots of things going on -over which I have no control -but have to live through. I was feeling bitter that no-one seemed able to inspire me to accept the way life is.

Since then I have read LUVs thread on general and Bear and Tough's responses, also Myownwoman's story thread and MKR s problems.

Somehow, not sure how, but somehow they have made me more accepting of situations I can't change- but can only deal with.

So I am going to try not to blame God any more! (nor be an old, bitter and twisted woman ) but be aware that He gave me the best preparation He could for dealing with this life.

It's strange that the big problems in life have to be dealt with and so we deal with them- but when little things go wrong as well-it tips us over the edge of reason.

Little things :

• lost my best watch
• was bitten by a dog
• lost everyday watch!
• had purse stolen
• hurt my back ( recurring problem )
• not sleeping
• computer playing up

Sometimes life just sucks.....

I've had days and even weeks like that.
I try to off set the bad days with a gratitude list....
Sometimes it is very short...Sun, rain, clouds,water,roof over my head...

The first time I flew in a airplane, it was nasty weather....rain, dark clouds..
When we climbed high in the sky and broke through the clouds, I was shocked , in a good way, to see bright sunshine.. It literally took my breath away!! Who knew....if you can climb above the darkness, the sun is shinning!!

I pray that you will see some sonshine soon.
