Nancy, when you stirfry, do you use a wok? I need some ideas for this limited diet thing I'm on.

Tea, you can got epicurious.com, foodnetwork.com, eatingwell.com, or just google "vegetable recipes" and see what comes up. I may do the same but I'm supposed to have 70% raw food. I feel my 2 front teeth growing longer as I type.

We have been hooked on roasted veggies. I put them on a baking sheet and put a little olive oil and Montreal Steak Seasoning. This makes everything taste great. Our latest favorite has been asparagus..Yummy! Also green beans and red and green bell peppers. The steak seasoning has garlic, pepper, onion, etc and makes it sooo easy. My kids even like it and can make it. It only takes about 15 minutes in the oven at 450.

In the summer we grill a lot, so squash and zucchini are wonderful - each sliced down the middle and brushed with olive oil, face down on the grill for a about three minutes... yum.

also, if you have a vegetable peeler (who doesnt?), squash and zucchini ribbons are easy, elegant and take 30 to 60 seconds in a saute pan. Just take your veggie peeler and keep peeling the entire vegetable making "ribbons". Toss them in the saute pan with a small drizzle of olive oil and a little salt and pepper. This also makes a good substitute for "noodles" if you like a low carb diet. Toss them with pesto or top with tomato sauce or fresh chopped tomatoes and herbs..

P4T, I'mm all over the ribbons! I took a good look at the grill the other day and it all corroded. Hubby grills so I hadn't seen it. Must have happened after destructo doggie ate the cover.
