Vettech, no offense taken!!! frankly i don't mind it, its very minty ... though i guess it takes getting used to (but still not as bad as like wheat grass juice!). oat straw has silica in it which helps clean out one's intestines. of course its not something you'd want to drink gallons of!!!
![]() other good cleansers for our overworked insides: cup of hot water with lemon (and / or a cube of ginger) glass of cranberry juice (real cranberry juice, not Ocean Spray) if its too strong you can dilute it with water; or, cranberry capsules 1/2 cup pomegranite juice (i often have this as my nightly "cocktail" mixed with pelligrino h2o. stay healthy!
