chicken Kiev variation
made this tonight and it was a hit!
smash flat some chicken breasts then salt/pepper them well.
place a bunch of marjoram (I used fresh) and a sinfully big peice of cold butter on each flattened chicken then roll it up and hold together with twine or skewers.
then dredge in flour, then in egg-wash, then finally in breadcrumbs.
bake at at about 375 until you get so hungry you have to eat it. actually it's best if you let it sit in a warm spot for a few minutes and baste with the pan juices.
