Hello good girls and boys...I thought I'd share my "new addiction" with you. I'm going through about half a gallon a day! Drink all you want---you won't get drunk, nor fat (it's sugar-free.)
Faux Sangria' 6 cups boiling water 3 Lemon Zinger teabags (Celestial Seasonings) 3 caffeine-free peppermint teabags (") 2 cups unsweetened cranberry juice 1/2 cup Splenda (or any sucralose) 1 can diet ginger ale or lemon-lime soda Steep bags in boiling water in quart-sized pitcher for 5 minutes. Remove bags, add juice, sweetening, and ginger ale. If all this won't fit in the pitcher, pour yourself a hot cup of the tea mixture before pouring in the ginger ale. Chill and serve over ice. I drink mine in a Waterford crystal wine glass when I'm feeling sorry for myself about "no alcohol whatsoever, ever again." Cheers!

FM, I love the combo of mint and lemon, but you could play around with the mix (maybe 4 lemon zingers and only 2 mints). Your beverages sound delicious, too. Evidently there's a whole new world of liquids out there that don't come in a corked bottle!
