I finally found a store that sells this....I'm going to try some of these recipes when I get back to the farm tomorrow...

OK...Made it with chicken broth and served it with homemade pear-corn salsa.
It was wonderful!
We're having sprouted shortgrain brown rice, green beans and beeftips tonight.
Sorry all you veggie people. Hubby has to have his beef!
The problem is.....I have to drive 70 miles to buy quinoa
Whole foods had only one bag.......and no hulled barley....ugh! Nor did the Fresh Market or Natural Harvest......

Consider buying in bulk? It will be cheap and you should only have to order a few times a year.
